1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Combine all ingredients; blend until moistened. Beat and put into 2 (9-inch) layer cake pans or a 9 x 13.

Bake as directed on cake mix package.
