MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients together and bake in 9"x13" pan for 30 to 35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Miniature marshmallows

Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until melted. Sprinkle top of cake with miniature marshmallows. Pour hot topping over marshmallows and swirl until melted.
