MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients and make a well. Pour liquid in well and mix (less mixing the better). Stir with fork. Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with frosting.
