MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 oz.0 can tomatoes with green chilis 1 small onion, chopped 1 green pepper, diced 8 oz. corn chips, crushed slightly (Frito's) 8 oz. cheddar or Mexican cheese, shredded Cook ground beef until done. Mix together with the cream of chicken soup, tomatoes with chilis, onion, and green pepper. Layer corn chips then the meat mixture, repeating once again. Top with cheese.
