GINGER'S MEXICAN TATER TOT
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen tater tots
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (your choice)
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cheddar soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook meat and drain then add taco seasoning mix and salsa and warm them together in the pan.

In a separate bowl, mix dairy sour cream, cheddar soup, shredded cheese and milk. Mix together well.

Use 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer the bottom with the meat mixture. Pour a cheese mix over meat (can save a little to pour over tots but it could make the tots soggy). Top with the tater tots and sprinkle with additional shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
