MEXICAN-STYLE TATER TOT
CASSEROLE
 
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, chuck or sirloin (chuck works best)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans nacho cheese soup
1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans green chilies, drained
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican/taco "fiesta" blend cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix ground beef and soup in casserole dish or 13x9-inch metal pan. Add corn and chilies. Add 1/2 of shredded cheese. Cover mixture completely with tater tots. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top.

Bake at 375°F degrees for 30 minutes. Allow 5 minutes to cool.

Serve with dairy sour cream or salsa.
