MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together ingredients and put into ungreased 15 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FRENCH FROSTING:

1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
2 1/4 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/3 c. Crisco

Cream sugar, egg and vanilla together. Set aside. Boil water and sugar for 1 minute. Add Crisco and mixture that has been set aside. Beat until creamy with electric mixer.
