DARK MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot coffee

Sift together dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat well and add hot coffee. Beat well. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Delicious! I baked it in a large (10") springform and it made a pretty one-layer cake. Frosted it with butter, maple syrup and cocoa frosting.
