EASY HOMEMADE TACO CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef any brand taco shells taco seasoning (spicy or non-spicy, your choice) 1 (16 oz.) dairy sour cream 8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded lettuce (optional) diced tomatoes (optional) Brown ground beef in frying pan on stove on high setting. When done drain off excess fat and pour the taco seasoning into the browned ground beef. Stir until thoroughly mixed in. Break the taco shells into little pieces (enough for however many people this is for) and then add the sour cream, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes (optional) and mix in all together. Once you have mixed everything in together you have made your taco casserole! Congratulations! To store any extra leftovers - put in a glass or metal pan and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
