MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
5 slices bread, cubed
1 sm. can Carnation evaporated milk
Salt
1 can onion soup
1 can chicken gumbo soup

Mix hamburger, bread, milk and salt; make into balls. Stir together soups and pour in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Lay meatballs on top of soup. Bake 325 degrees 2 hours covered, then 1/2 hour uncovered.
