LAURA'S FAVORITE SCOTCH CRISPIES | |
2 c. butterscotch morsels 1 c. peanut butter 6 c. Rice Krispies Melt over medium-low heat the butterscotch morsels and peanut butter. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Pour over Rice Krispies; mix well. Press mixture in aluminum foil lined 13"x9"x2" pan. Chill in refrigerator (about 1 hour). Cut into 1 1/2" squares. Makes about 48 (1 1/2") squares. |
