TACO SALAD DIP 
3 med. avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco season mix
2 (10.6 oz.) cans bean dip
1 c. onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, diced
8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded

Mash avocados, mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread bean dip in bottom of large serving platter (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick).

Spread avocado mix on top of bean dip. Spread sour cream mixture over avocado. In layers add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and finish with grated cheese. Refrigerate. Use taco chips to dip in.
