LEMON CHESS PIE | |
2 c. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. meal 1 tbsp. flour 4 eggs 1 unbaked pie shell Put sugar, flour and meal in bowl, toss lightly with fork. Add eggs, butter, milk and lemon juice and beat until smooth and blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. |
