LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
3 eggs, unbeaten
4 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. sweet milk
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 grated lemon rind
1 unbaked pie crust

Combine sugar, flour, cornmeal; toss lightly with fork. Add next 5 ingredients; beat with electric mixer until smooth and blended. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees until firm.
