1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash of salt

Melt butter, add sugar and eggs, beat well and then add rest of ingredients. bake in shell at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
