NANNY'S LEMON CHESS PIE OR TARTS 
4 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sweet milk
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 to 1/4 c. lemon juice
Grated rind of 2 lemons
1 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients together. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
