LEMON COCONUT CHESS PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. coconut

Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal. Add to slightly beaten eggs and mix well. Add lemon, butter and milk. Stir to blend. Pour into 9 inch pie crust. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake 45 minutes, 350 degrees. Do not overbake.
