LEMON CHESS PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
Juice of 2 lemons
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 unbaked pastry shell

Mix ingredients for filling in given order. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
