PASTA WITH BEANS 
2 med. carrots, chopped fine
Onion and garlic, chopped
5 slices bacon, cut up
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. oil
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. white kidney beans, drained
16 oz. macaroni, cooked
Butter
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. basil

In large skillet, saute garlic, onion, carrots, bacon, parsley, basil, and oregano in oil until onion is tender. Add tomatoes, broth, cover, simmer 10 minutes. Stir. Add beans and simmer 20 minutes. Put hot macaroni on large platter, toss with butter and cheese. Add sauce.
