LEMONADE DESSERT 
2 tubes (25 count) Ritz crackers, crushed to make crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
6 oz. can frozen lemonade
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix butter and crumbs, saving 1 cup of crumbs for top. Spread the crumbs over bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. I spray my pan with Pam. With a fork mix milk and frozen lemonade; add Cool Whip and pour over Ritz cracker mixture then top with 1 cup crumbs. Delicious. Refrigerate.
