LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, undiluted & divided
Granulated sugar for top of cookies

Cream butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and soda. Stir into butter mixture alternately with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes or just until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Remove from oven, brush each cookie lightly with reserved lemonade and sprinkle each with sugar. Cool on wire rack. Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
