WALNUT - MUSHROOM ASPARAGUS 
4 sm. green onions, chopped
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. toasted walnuts
Salt
1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus, cooked

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add walnuts and salt. Spoon over hot cooked asparagus stalks that have been well drained and lightly buttered. Serves 4.
