MUSHROOMS AND ASPARAGUS | |
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tbsp. butter 1 lb. fresh or frozen asparagus 2 tsp. soy sauce Saute garlic and mushrooms in butter. Remove mixture from pan, leaving butter and juices. Place asparagus in pan and cover, steaming asparagus until tender - about 5 to 8 minutes. Add soy sauce and mushrooms to reheat. Serve immediately. |
