MARINATED COLE SLAW 
1 lg. cabbage
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. red pepper, finely chopped
1 med. sweet onion, finely chopped
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Shred cabbage. Add chopped peppers and onion; mix. Bring other ingredients to a boil and pour over cabbage. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 24 hours.
