MARINATED COLESLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 sm. onion. sliced
3 carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar (brown)
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar

Boil oil, salt and sugar. Pour over slaw and refrigerate overnight.
