NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 c. coconut

Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix in a large saucepan sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix well. Stir in oats and coconut. Pour into greased pan. Cover and refrigerate. After refrigerated, cut up.
