3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. celery salt
3 c. flour
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
Crisco oil
10 to 12 pieces chicken

In a medium size bowl mix the first 6 ingredients. Mix well. In another bowl mix flour and stuffing mix. Rinse chicken off, roll in egg batter and flour. Put in frying pan with about 2 inches of oil heated to 300 degrees, fry until golden brown. Check chicken next to the bone to make sure it is done.
