KOREAN SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, chopped
1 #2 can bean sprouts, drained (better if fresh sprouts)
8 slices bacon, crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

DRESSING:

1 tsp. dry (minced) onion
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients for salad. When ready to serve add the dressing mixed very well. Note: After washing spinach and sprouts dry well on paper towels.
