KOREAN SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
6 slices crumbled bacon
3 hard boiled eggs
Fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 red onion, sliced

Mix all ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. catsup
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/2 sm. red onion, diced fine

Mix all ingredients. Pour over salad just before servings.
