CREAM OF MUSHROOM HAMBURGER 
Your kids will love it!!

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 family size cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
1 cup milk
8 oz. dairy sour cream
4 cubes chicken bouillon, divided
1 box instant white rice (Minute)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 can green beans, drained
additional butter (1 tsp. per serving)

Brown ground beef, drain slightly. Add can of mushroom soup. Add milk and sour cream. Simmer on medium heat, approximately 15 minutes. Add 2 chicken bouillon cubes to water for rice. Cook as directed on package. Add butter and 2 bouillon cubes to can green beans. Simmer on low for 20 minutes.

When prepared spoon rice on plate. Place teaspoon of butter on top then spoon meat and gravy over rice and green beans on side.
