BROILED EGG SALAD SANDWICH | |
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1 tsp. prepared mustard Dash of pepper 4 frankfurter buns, split and toasted Combine soup, eggs, celery, onion, relish, mustard, and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over bun halves; cover edges completely. Broil about 4 inches from heat until hot, about 7 minutes. 4 open-face sandwiches. |
