2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese, divided
tomato ketchup, for top (Hunts)

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese and ketchup. Place meat mixture in a 9-inch round pie dish.

Bake at 325°F for 55 minutes then drain juice. Put sauce and remaining cheese on top and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
