“CAROLINA MEATLOAF” IS IN:

CAROLINA MEATLOAF 
We like this with rice, black-eyed peas, and fried okra.

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup

Combine all ingredients except tomato soup and form into a loaf in a 9x13-inch pan. Leave about an inch on all sides. Pour tomato soup on top of meatloaf and let it run down the sides. Mix 1 soup can of water into the pan, stirring to make a "gravy" of soup and water. Cook at 350°F for an hour.
