ARTICHOKE SHRIMP AND GARBANZO
SALAD
 
14 oz. artichoke hearts
1 pkg. frozen ready to eat shrimp
2 c. Garbanzo beans
1 med. red onion, chopped
3/4 c. sm. black olives
1/4 c. parsley
1/3 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin

Combine first 6 ingredients. Whisk together last 4. Toss all together.
