SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKES 
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
2 heaping tbsp. Mr. Mustard
2 heaping tbsp. horseradish

MARINADE:

Put all these ingredients in a blender:

4 lbs. shrimp, peeled & cleaned
1 box frozen artichoke hearts
2 tbsp. chopped shallots
2 tbsp. parsley
1 onion, chopped

Boil shrimp and artichokes separately. Drain each, then put in a bowl together. Add marinade. Add chopped shallots, parsley and onion. Marinate at least 1 day. This should serve about 5 people.
