SLOPPY JOE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell or elbow macaroni
1 env. sloppy joe mix
1 lb. ground chuck
1 (6 oz.) Can tomato paste
1 1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni, drain. Cook hamburg, then add sloppy joe mix, tomato sauce, paste and 1 1/4 cups water.

In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, layer 1/2 of the macaroni, half of the cottage cheese and half of the meat sauce. Repeat and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered 40 - 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 6 - 8.
