ARMENIAN RICE PILAF 
1 stick butter
1/2 pkg. thin noodles
1 (12 oz.) can chicken broth
1 can water
1 c. rice, not instant
1 cube chicken bouillon

Melt butter; brown noodles using high heat, stirring constantly. When some of noodles are brown, add broth, water and chicken cube. Stir and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let simmer for 1/2 hour.
