BROCCOLI MUSHROOM SOUP 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. butter
4 c. milk
1 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
3/4 c. flour
3 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Cook broccoli, mushrooms and onion in chicken broth until tender, about 5-10 minutes. Melt butter. Add flour and butter to broccoli, mushrooms and onions. Add milk, cheese, basil and garlic powder. Cook until mixture is heated through.
