CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
1 (10") graham cracker or pastry pie shell
6 eggs, separated
6 squares unsweetened chocolate squares
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Combine chocolate, egg yolks and sugar; fold into whites. Pour into pie shell; refrigerate. Whip cream with a little sugar and spread over top. Just before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or jimmies.
