NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE ALMOND-CREAM
PIE
 
1 ready made pie crust (Keebler)
1 (3 oz.) box jello instant pudding (chocolate)
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 capful almond extract.
1/2 cup almond slivers (available bagged in the baking section)

Mix instant pudding with 1 cup of milk. Fill and spread into prepared pie crust.

Using a mixer which can whip at a high speed, mix cream, sugar and almond extract until you get cream. Fill and spread onto the chocolate layer.

Generously top with almond slivers. Place the no-bake plastic lid on and seal the edges. Chill until very cold for several hours. Best if left overnight to really set and make serving easy.

Serves 8 people (or 4 people really making a pig of themselves).
