BLEU CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 can of 10 buttermilk biscuits
1 stick real butter
2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese

Quarter the biscuits and place quarters in buttered pie pans (close, but not touching). Melt butter and bleu cheese and pour over top of biscuits. Bake according to directions on biscuit can, or until brown. Yields: 40 bite size biscuits.
