EASY APPLE STRUDEL 
A favorite for the Holidays.

MAKE-AHEAD DOUGH:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup water

Cut butter into flour as for pie crust. Add egg yolks, vinegar and water, mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours).

FILLING:

3 apples, peeled and sliced
all-purpose flour
sugar
cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Divide dough into 3 parts. Work with one at a time, keep others in refrigerator until ready to use.

Roll out on floured cloth about 10x15-inches. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Arrange apple slices along edge of long side and roll up, guiding with cloth grasped in each hand. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat for remaining dough.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
