1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder

Separate eggs, beating egg whites and adding last. This makes a good up side down cake. Grease a layer pan, 9"x13". Put brown sugar in the bottom, put pineapple rings over sugar then the batter.
