NO PEEK BEEF TIPS 
2 lbs. lean chuck (tenderloin or sirloin), cut into strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup (rinse can & add some water)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. Mt. Dew soda
1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)

Cut up lean chuck. Mix in mushroom soup, onion soup, Mt. Dew and mushrooms. Put all in casserole. Cover tightly, do not peek. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
