BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES 
4 lb. boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Hot cooked noodles

Dredge beef in flour; brown in hot oil in a large Dutch oven, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve over cooked noodles. Yield 12 to 14 servings.
