PARTY POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. ham, cubed (optional)
Bacon bits (optional)

TOPPING:

2 c. cornflakes
1 c. butter, melted

Mix partially thawed potatoes, melted butter, salt, pepper and onion. Mix in separate bowl, soup, sour cream and cheese, then mix together with potatoes. Mix 2 cups cornflakes and 1 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over top just before baking. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cover to start.
