MINIATURE PECAN TARTS 
PASTRY:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Blend pastry ingredients together. Divide into 24 small balls. Place in miniature muffin tins. Shape into tarts.

Combine egg, brown sugar, butter and vanilla and salt. Add chopped pecans. Divide filling between 24 tarts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
