MANICOTTI 
8 manicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. whole oregano halves
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook manicotti shells as directed; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Saute beef and garlic until beef is not pink. Drain off grease. Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise to beef and garlic. Stir well over heat until cheese is melted. Stuff shells with mixture. Arrange in lightly greased pan. Combine sauce and oregano. Pour over shells. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake 10 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
