BAKED CHICKEN WITH GRAVY 
1 whole fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk (substitute some liquid with sherry, if desired)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Coat chicken pieces with flour. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn, bake until brown another 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Pour off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover, return to oven. Bake another 25-30 minutes.
