BAKED CHICKEN WITH GRAVY 
2-3 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. canned evaporated milk
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can mushroom pieces
1 (16 oz.) can drained whole onions (optional)
Paprika

Coat chicken with flour. Arrange in single layer with skins down in melted butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered in 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Turn chicken, bake 15 to 20 minutes longer until brown. Remove from oven and reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Pour off excess fat. Add onions and mushrooms to dish with chicken.

Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil and bake 15-20 more minutes.
